Non-Refundable Deposit Policy To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. Policy Details: Purpose: Deposits are collected to reserve your appointment time and protect against last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Non-Refundable: All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred once to a new date if at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will forfeit your deposit and may require full payment before booking future services. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit will be forfeited. By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
